5. Parental Leave

Parental Leave allows an employee to take time off work to look after their child or to make arrangements for their welfare. Employees can use it to spend more time with their children and strike a better balance between their work and family commitments. Parental Leave is unpaid.

Employees must have been employed by the Company for a full year to be eligible to take Parental Leave. Both mothers and fathers can take Parental Leave. Parental Leave is up to eighteen weeks and can be taken up until the child's 18th birthday.
