rest and sleep, diet, and physical activity. These choices can help achieve (or inhibit) our overall physical wellbeing. Good lifestyle choices can help ensure good physical health and avoid preventable lifestyle related diseases (such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc.).

To enable us to do this, it can be useful to adopt a holistic approach to physical wellbeing, where we focus on areas such as: Physical activity Diet/nutrition Alcohol/smoking/drugs Rest & sleep Our physical wellbeing can generally be improved....
