8. Questions to Ask at the Beginning of Every Disciplinary Meeting
It is always important to set the scene for a disciplinary meeting/hearing and to make sure that everyone is clear about why they are there. You should check that the employee has received everything they should have and knows about their right to be accompanied. This can help avoid arguments about lack of procedure down the line!
