Guidance on Holding a Grievance MeetingA grievance meeting should be held after a formal grievance has been received and a grievance manager has been appointed. The purpose of this meeting is to make sure the grievance manager properly understands the complaint before deciding what, if any, investigation is required.This meeting should usually take place before any formal investigation is started.
